Tax & Shipping
All items that are sold to Virginia shipping addresses are subject to sales tax. There is no shipping charge for digital tutorials if “Tutorials Only” is selected, and jewelry orders are charged a flat rate for shipping via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. For my international customers please contact me for specifics about shipping charges.
Repairs
I am not responsible for jewelry items that get ingested by children or pets, broken during your tennis match, dropped on a tile floor, etc. Please treat jewelry with care as some components are delicate, especially lightweight chains. If you do break a chain, please contact your local jeweler to get a repair estimate or contact me to order a replacement.
Returns
Digital download items are non-refundable. For jewelry, I do my best to list measurements and provide representative photographs, but if you aren’t happy with your order you may return it within three weeks for a refund.
