Jewelry Care

Your jewelry will arrive in a box that is helpful for gift-giving but not intended for long-term storage. Store your jewelry in an airtight container or zip bag to reduce oxidation (tarnishing) of the sterling silver. I recommend that you put on your jewelry after your beauty products (lotion, perfume, hairspray) have dried. Be aware that your jewelry may contain delicate materials like glass beads, so dropping or hitting jewelry on hard surfaces may cause damage.  Freshwater pearls should have minimal contact with water, so do not wear them in the shower or pool.

Cleaning
For general cleaning use dish detergent and an old toothbrush to get in all the nooks and crannies.  For sterling silver tarnish removal I recommend rubbing it with a silver polishing cloth which is treated to bring a bright shine to your jewelry.
