I offer PayPal confidently as a way for you to shop
securely online.
To
pay with a check or a money order,
email me with the items you'd like and I will
send you my mailing address. Your order will be shipped or ready for local
pickup after your check has cleared.

Shipping & Handling
Jewelry that appears on this website is available for shipment upon receipt
of payment. Shipping First Class to addresses within the United States is $3.
Please click the following button to send your order to
addresses outside the United States. If you have questions, please

and we'll talk about it. Don't bother asking me to ship to an address in
Nigeria.

Returns, Exchanges, & Repairs
If you realize that your order isn't quite what you expected, you
are welcome
to exchange it for store credit. I am willing to
accept exchanges if items are returned to me in the original condition in a
bubble-wrap mailer within 30 days of receipt. Please let me know which
item you would like in exchange so I can put it on hold for you.
I do not
accept returns or exchanges on special orders or items purchased in person (at
shows or parties). If the item was a gift from another person, please
let me know who originally purchased it.
I do what I can to make jewelry
that is durable for normal use, but keep in mind that jewelry should be handled
with care. Strung bracelets can be "loved to pieces" if they are worn a
lot, so restringing is part of the regular maintenance. If an item has failed in craftsmanship
within one year of purchase, I will repair the item free
of charge. Please
email me before returning the item. From time
to time I use unique ingredients that I may not be able to replace, but I will
substitute as best as I can. I cannot be
responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail, so please
use a bubble-wrap mailer (sold at most post
offices and office supply stores) and consider insuring your package.
I am not responsible for items lost, stolen, ingested by
children or pets, broken during your tennis match, dropped down a drain or on a
tile floor, run over by a car, etc. Please
treat jewelry with care, as some components and designs are delicate. If
something is damaged in shipping, I
will credit you the cost of return shipping if sent within 7 days of
receipt. If I am unable to repair the item, you may exchange it for other
AnneMade Jewelry.
If you have lost an earring, I will make another one if I have materials that match the orphan
for half the cost of the pair. If I don't have
matching materials, I'll make a pair from comparable materials for the
full cost of the pair. Please
email me
with a description, picture, or item number.

Resizing
If you would like me to lengthen or shorten a piece, please
return the item in a
bubble mailer and include your name, phone number, and length requirements.
There may be a charge for time and materials, but I'll let you know up front if
that's the case.

Gifts & Gift Certificates
Have a Secret Sister, Secret Pal, or gift exchange? I can handle it. Your order will be shipped to
their address with no hint of your identity, just a small card with your
message. Need a birthday present or other special gift sent directly
to a friend? I will include a card with your name and message,
and the items will be wrapped in a gift box and silver gift wrap.
No invoice will be included. There is no charge for this service
because I love a good surprise!

numbers of what you'd like to
give, and intended method of
payment &
shipping.
Some people are just hard to shop for, so let them decide what they want.
AnneMade Jewelry gift certificates are available in any denomination, are good
for a whole year, and are mailed to you (or the recipient) free of charge.

Custom Orders
If you would like me to make something specific for you, please
email me and let me know what
you'd like. Non-refundable payment in full is expected at the time you
place the order.
Custom orders will generally be
shipped 2-4 weeks after payment has cleared, but rush service and
shipping are available.
Email me if you need something "this
weekend" and I'll do my best. (Length of time for rush orders may depend on
suppliers.) If you are ordering bridal party jewelry, I recommend ordering
3 months before the wedding. I do not accept returns on custom orders.

Color Accuracy
I try to have images that accurately represent the jewelry, but I don't have
control over your monitor settings so some colors may look different on
your computer. Should matching an exact color be an issue, I'm happy to mail
you sample beads for a small fee. If you have a dress or other item you'd
like to match, send me a small swatch of the dress fabric or some other color
sample for me to see. I cannot guarantee an exact color match
in all cases.
Please note: I
encourage people to find jewelry in colors that coordinate with a
particular ensemble instead of trying to be matchy-matchy. Please

will not share your info with anyone else. I also
promise to keep emails and mailings to a minimum. New items can always be viewed
on this site at your convenience, but occasionally I might be so excited by a new line
of jewelry or an event that I have to tell you about it. Should you ever grow
tired of hearing from me, simply
email me and ask to be
removed from my mailing list. If you would like to be added to my mailing

Care
& Cleaning Instructions
I recommend that you put on your jewelry after
your beauty products (lotion, perfume, hairspray)
have dried. Be aware
that your jewelry is made from relatively delicate materials, so dropping or
hitting it on hard surfaces may cause it to break. Store your jewelry in
an airtight container or zip bag to reduce oxidation (tarnishing) of the
sterling silver. I cannot be held responsible for the care and cleaning of
your jewelry, but here are some suggestions:
For sterling
silver tarnish removal, I recommend using a silver polishing cloth or
Connoisseurs jewelry cleaners because
they are readily available at stores like Target, plus dip-style
cleaning gets in all the nooks and crannies. Jewelry containing only
sterling silver and glass (beads or sea glass) can be cleaned using Connoisseurs
silver jewelry cleaner.
Do not dip items containing freshwater pearls and soft gemstones (read the
label). Dipping will cause Bali silver and other oxidized components to
lose their patina, and dipping your item will cause it to tarnish even faster
than before. To prevent tarnish, store your sterling silver pieces
in an airtight container such as a zip bag when you are not wearing them.
Freshwater
pearls & semiprecious stones should be cleaned with great care and I
suggest using a silver polishing cloth, Connoisseurs
delicate jewelry cleaner, or taking the piece to a professional jeweler for cleaning.
Freshwater pearls should have minimal contact with water,
so do not wear them in the shower, pool, or any other place they may get wet.
